These people are not professionals. Unlike Fast track and Uber, the customer care is very unprofessional and rude. If you call and tell any problem about the ride you have taken, they will simply shout at you till you disconnect the call.

Very worst service and more cheating in rates. Very lethargic attitude of driver and also call center attender. Speaking with the customer in poor language without respect. Charging extra by adding extra waiting period(when there is no waiting) . red taxi is no more good taxi.

Seriously The Best Taxi service available.........the level of professional behaviour is awesome.
