Yesterday I took Xylo car TN 76 Q 8514- for Salem to Pudukottai trip. Booking number B-705. . Very bad conditioned Rusted and lot of Sound inside making musical car they sent.... After feel the bad morning I informed to the Salem booking office, they answered me , sir it is a good vehicle... End of the trip Full of pain we completed . Official met me and convinced me and collect the full payment We have paid .but no satisfaction. Worst experience we faced ever in salem. Intrested thing is the manager told me I am the MD... Better to forget this taxi service....
