There is not another cafe in Kasar Devi where I would sit and spend hours and enjoy the amazing company of dearest Amrit (host and owner of the place). The food is amazing and the view is the best on the entire ridge. If you want home vibes and a place that can offer great food and Shanti time, just head here.

It's a life-changing experience, and no I'm not taking these words lightly.nStars and Pines is a home for many, and a place of good memories for the rest. From the first day of smiles, to the last day of longing, and missing the space, the view, the vibes, and its people, it is an experience that will last a lifetime.nWhat makes it so special? Well, it probably has the best view in Kasar (you can literally see all the Himalayan ranges that you could possibly imagine RIGHT THERE), amazing food (Amrit's aloo parathas are a MUST), the best people to hang with, the hospitality, and the closest proximity to one of the best sunrises+sunsets I have ever seen.nI mean, what else does one even look for?

Stars and Pines has the coolest owner Amrit! Meeting her is already worth a visit. If that is not enough for you, go to see the amazing view, while sitting in her amazing Café/Hostel/Living room and enjoy some tasty food on top of it!
