It has promise. Food needs to get better and higher management should be present all the time. Hot water should be made available in bathrooms . Should create a great access to river side. Will boom the business .

lovely hotel to stay. It was easy to meet the location. Food,staff and rooms all are just amazing. I love the location of the hotel. All you need it fulfill. Suggest to come again and refer to more people.

We stayed here in May 2019 for 4 nights, would recommend not to stay here for following reasons -n1. No room service, no housekeeping, we stayed for 4 nights and not once our rooms were cleaned.n2. Dining hall is at some height and after doing some tracking in tungnath or deoriya tal its difficult to go up again. Last day many of us didnt even had dinner as we thought better to stay hungry then going up again.n3. Breakfast buffet was always cold, no one was ever present in the dining hall, had to go to their kitchen to ask them to make fresh things available.n4. Most of the staff were from schools, college and just there to make extra money during their holidays, not professional at all.n5. Soup in dinner was always very salty, we and other guests complained but coming days too it remained same.nnWe paid around 66000/- for 4 nights for 3 rooms and the service, quality , experience was pathetic to say the least. I am a garhwali and i feel ashamed when i see our own paharis are doing such things, looting people in name of business.nnMr Khanduri if you read this please take serious steps in improving services, you have other hotels too in this chain and i dont think i would be coming or recommending anyone else too. Hope services improve in future.
