Good property at a good location but poorly maintained with skeletal staff who are polite and helpful.

Very bad behaviour from hotel staff. The rooms were small and most of the amenities like the exhaust, the lights, the linen dirty. Bad experience overall.

Good place , a mid range hotel with general facilities

The location on Google Maps is incorrect. Inspite of having a booking, it took 40 minutes to check-in. Room not super clean. There is no TV in the room. Ordering a water bottle took 20 minutes (Rs 32 per bottle and the room rent is Rs 2394 ). The linen was torn with stains and smell of cigarette smoke. The place doesn't have a lift until 3rd floor. Rooftop restaurant is dirty. Food is Ok but not great. Avoid
