OYO 14897 Hotel Astro Inn

Picture shows its a very big and nice hotel but actually its entrance is from the back side. Lift is not working from the ground floor but one should go to reception at the first floor and then he or she can use the lift. Very dirty place. Rooms were spacious but sheets and blankets were very dirty. Towel was also very dirty. Next day water is not coming. Hotel staff said its because that one of the water pipeline is broken and they are repairing after 15 to 20 minutes water start coming from the taps. I even found one bug in the bed in the night.

The best thing about this motel, that it is located at the middle of the city from wherever you want to travel could be an easy possibility. Well maintained staff. Had a very delicious breakfast (too good i must say). Also, i booked this in an very affordable price via OYO(rs 714 for classic room). The person at the reception hall having very decent and pleasant combination of words, that is very good for him too. I hope to travel again with OYO. Thanks a lot.

this place is located at the heart of city, from outside this appears to be very good but inside it is average kind of place.. rooms and corredor are like any lodge.

staffs of the hotel are polite, friendly. Located in the central part of the city. There is a daily market in front of the hotel. You can hire car or auto for sight seeing. One problem is that exhaust fan of one toilet opens in the another toilet.

Bad things I faced,n1) Little complicated entrance.n2) Room size shown in app was much spacious than what I got.n3) I booked a classic room, but what I got was a saver class room.n4) Bathroom size was too small.n5) Lift wasn't working so many times as electricity usually cuts off.n6) Generator only operates fan and tube light.n7) Room service was very bad.n8) Receptionist and servants have clashes.
