The cab was very dirty it was not sanitized.. driver was not wearing the mask..I complained about this to the owner he promise will change the cab and get it cleaned but nothing was done by owner.. pathetic service unhygienic

Today I booked cab from Ranchi to giridih during this pandemic it was promised by the owner the cab will be cleaned and sanitized but nothing was done. cab was unwashed and very dirty, during this entire journey the driver was not wearing mask even after complaining Avinash ( owner of this agency) nothing was done by him. Fake promises made by him pathetic service.
