Don Q Inn

This hotel was so fun! We had the cave room and were really entertained by the decor. The room is definitely old but it was cleaner than I expected and the staff was a great help. It has become much more difficult to find places to stay with this much personality so I am very grateful that the Don Q still operates for people looking to avoid the chains and have a unique setting.

THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN TREASURE! Sure, the rooms are outdated and a little run down, but to me that is just part of the charm! ud83dude09 We stayed in The Float theme room. It was clean, a little small for my liking, but overall a quaint and interesting stay! I would highly recommend! We will be staying again and trying more of the other themed rooms!

So unique! Been coming here since the 80's and stayed again 2 years ago. Yes it is dated but that is the fun eclectic part of it. I will be back again. Northern lights was great!

This hotel stay was amazing!!!! We did a mini covid trip, just me and my b/f. We booked up, up and away, but it wasnt in service when we got there. The owner was super apologetic and very accommodating. We ended up in the geisha gardens. The pics on the website don't do it justice. Our housekeeper Jeanette was always on point and can make one hell of a bed. Breakfast bar is kinda basic, but it serves its purpose just fine. I noticed the new owner is making mad repairs and updates. I can't wait to come back. I would highly recommend coming here.

What a cool place. We stayed in the cave room and it was awesome! You have to expect this place to have old qualities, seeing as most of it was built in 1974 but if you can see past that it’s an amazing place to see. The bathroom was small and had a weird door but I could definitely look past it seeing as I basically lived in the waterfall hot tub that was in our room but they also have a nice pool on the main floor. I can’t wait to go back and experience a different room.
