Comfort Inn & Suites Biloxi-D'Iberville

Me and my friends checked in here on Saturday and left on Sunday morning. The front desk clerk Erica and manager Sara Wiggins were both nice and most helpful. We had a little mix up on one of our room reservations and Ms. Wiggins made sure that she worked until the mix up was fixed. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and most of all, Ms. Wiggins had such a calm and kind soul. If i'm ever back in D'Iberville, MS i will definitely stay at Comfort Inn and Suites.

Not very good at communicating. Tried calling a few times after the third try I talked to a human. I let her know id be arriving after 3 am (driving from Orlando florida) once I arrived they informed me my reservation was canceled.... why not call and confirm I wasn't comming.... phone in room didn't work to ask for late check out. Tried calling several times and I could here them pick up and hang up. Room was clean tho

Will not stay there again. Our room was not very clean. There was a cigarette bud in out room and one of the blankets on the bed was dirty. There was red stains on it. The phone in the room was very dirty as well. I was going to use it but after picking it up I decided not too. Our restroom tub was clogging up so every time we showered the tub would fill up bad. Also I went down to have breakfast because they supposedly have it from 6am to 9am. There was no breakfast so I decided to get a cup of juice or coffee and after looking at the drink machine, it made me change my mind. It was filthy. Once again I will never stay there again.

Rooms are great, but breakfast was a joke. Now I understand with the virus things are different, but bringing one basket of muffins out at 6:30 and NOT refilling it when it was empty within 45 min.... I don't think that's okay.

They're so nice. We stayed as we were fleeing a hurricane. Nice family oriented small hotel in the heart of Diberville's mall.
