Hi I am having Baleno 2018 and steering issue started which has been issue with many BalenonCame to your service Center Ur staff taken for test drive and confirmed the same that steering wheel have issue and steering column must be replaced as per Nexa and Maruti the replacement is free of cost .nHappy with ur guys responded.nnBut when I said to place the order of column they said They will place order only after they get the two steering column which they have already ordered .that would take more than 30 days and after they they will place order for me which will be more 30 days .nnNow let me know if any rule given that u have to wait till u get the previous order delivered to place a new order of same item.nAnd how can I drive the car with a hard steering feel and wait for more than 2months.
Good place and all new vehicles are available. The sales people are having good knowledge and also listens to you patiently and answer them.
