Hotel Atithi is located at centre of city in Paltan Bazar. It's really good hotel with nice, hygienic and spacious room. Multiple food cusines are available at the hotel. Food was good and tasty, outside food options also available nearby to hotel. Bar is also available at the hotel. Conveyance is easily available from the Hotel. Person at reception desk was really coperative, however I was not satisfied with room service it was really delayed but considering the current COVID situation and other constraints I would ignore that. To maintain the social distancing and for necessary precautions they were leaving the food packets outside the room.

It's a nice place with amenities. Has a restaurant at the 1st floor.nParking facility is available at the ground floor.nnWhen I went construction was going on. the staff were ok.nnThe location is very good. Very near there railway station. Walkable distance

Worst stay. Hope management see this review. The receptionist was extremely rude. I booked through Make my Trip. There was a small concern with the booking. Instead of helping, they said they had nothing to do with make my trip. I pointed out they are partners. Look at their arrogance. They said it was Make my trip which approached them. Waw. What a customer service, being in hospitality business. I feel these employees need proper grooming before they face customers. I won't be going back there.

Excellent place to stay ,staffs are nice they will come to clean everytime bedsheets are changed twice its awesome hotel ..Thank you guys for making it special ..

I had been there to attend someone's marriage..ngood hotel that was!! Great ambience and good staffs..
