Poor maintenance!nn1. Really amazed by the views from some of the rooms.nn2. Beautiful hills and lights viewed from the balconies and the terrace.nn3. Gym availablenn4. Rooms are good and spacious, especially the suite rooms as well as the decor.nn5. Rooms can be more well maintained seeing the investment done and available amenities in the hotel.nn6. Expected the reception to be more spacious and beautiful.nn7. The food was okay but can be improved a lot more as well the varieties in its menu.

The name itself is quite fascinating and the ambience is good never the less and the service is brilliant with their courteous staff all around nothing to complaint about that... But the main issue is with the room on the very first floor which was booked by one of my friend to celebrate his wife's birthday, I've got absolutely disgusted with that... Starting from the ceiling fan which wasn't working properly in the hall area, Window blinds were torn apart, TV was there but without a set-top box, AC in the other room was operational but sufficient cooling was missing and most importantly there wasn't any lock available inside the washroom which is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstances... Request to the authorities to look into this...

Last visit was quite good but this time we had horrible experience... smelling bathroom,no oyo kit,bed sheets and pillows too dirty and stinking... service horrible.

I had a worst experience.. specially the service by the hotel staff was horrible . Service guyz doesn't know to talk properly.. they take 60minutes to deliver two water bottles. Rest of the orders like snacks /dinner viewers can understand how much time it will take. Balcony was quite dirty pieces of cigarettes all around. The lines were not up to the mark because me and my friends found numerous wome/girls hairs littering in blankets & pillows covers. It means that the linens were not fresh ..nBut the food was excellent.. I will give 9 out of 10 ..
