Horrible!! Third grade hotel(?) Worst , illiterate, arrogant management and service.We were 20 pax and booked 7dbl and 2 triple room through pumpkin rooms Shillong.But they have 1common geyser in two rooms of which power was cutoff .rooms have no proper light provision,no attendent and room service.Toilets were not clean.A boy talking was very arrogant so of each shortfall i complained to pumpkin rooms with evidence on whatsapp to Pumpkin Shillong,cognigence was not taken.I will never recommend such property to any one.
