Excellent service delivery but every room doesn't connect nett work every time u go out side areas then talk please do something for problem better now .

Poor is a small word for them! Zero values of treating people, I kept waiting for half an hour for the water, and there was hardly anyone bothered to take the order. At the end, I had to leave without having anything. The Manager wasn’t coming outside, just to avoid the bad reviews from people around.nI went there with my fam, it was my Dad’s birthday and it was spoiled already!nMany other people who came with their families, too left without having food.nMy simple question is, when you cannot serve and treat people well, why to let them enter and sit, so that they keep waiting?nZero internal coordination, bad ambience and absolutely the worst experience!

The room service is very poor. There is no staff to attend to you. Please don't waste your money booking rooms here.

Worst place to dine in with family.nPathetic service and tasteless food. Extremely loud music and they cant even slow down even after several requests. The manager was least bothered and the owner was Just enjoying his own drinks with private band( which was too loud) in the same restaurant area.nThe serving staff was to pathetic and lazy that we had to ask for basic things like water , napkins , spoon , forks etc several times. I cant even talk about the food. It was cold , stale and tasteless. Very bad experience. People visiting with infants should keep in mind that they wont even low down the music a bit to sooth your baby. Worst place to visit in north delhi.
