This hotel doesn't even worth a penny. Please never book it. I am giving an honest feedback. Rooms filthy, not cleaned. AC remote no available, you need to get up from sleep to switch on and off AC. Intercom not working. I had buffet lunch included in my voucher - not available. wifi not working. all light switched off during night, you will scary and deserted with blackout reception..

It was a wonderful celebration at City Westend. The team was well aware of the situation and they took every measure to keep everyone safe. We had one very small party and it was fabulous. Thank you.

This is a nice property with good location. Service was good, staff was vry humble. Precautions taken with safe measures. Highly recommend.

This review is being posted on the behalf of Allopathy doctor, Dr Devender & Dr Rohit, posted at Covid duties TNCH and were subsequently staying at your hotel.nPROS:n1. The food is hygienic, neatly prepared and served.n2. Special food on demand for doctors who have a health condition such as diabetes or HTN.n3. Owner is very professional, down to earth and always happy to help.n4. Cleaning services are available round the clock.n5. Room toilet is tidy, spic and span.n6. Adequate space for parking.n7. Courteous staff.n8. Packaged mineral water on demand.n9. Provided water bucket, washing powder and Iron on demand so that the doctors do not face problem to clean & wash their clothes.n10. Very generous owner as because one of the doctors from Ayurvedic department deliberately broke the glass panel of room and the owner didn't bat an eye instead bore the brunt on his own.nnCONS:n1. Delayed room service. (but that may be due to staff crunch in view of an ongoing pandemic)n2. Wifi Connectivity is not adequate on second floor in particular.n3. No facility for in house laundry. (However alternative was provided under point 9)nnOverall Experience:nnVery Good! Must recommended place to stay as they are doing a service to public in this pandemic situation.
