Well, I won't recommend to stay in this hotel.nTheir service is way too slow.nnThe guy who was at Reception took 1 hour to hand over the keys of my room. Seriously? Like one hour to sort out which room to give and hand over the keys.nHe absolutely had no idea because some other person was incharge of my booking.nHe had to call 3 different types of person for the room allocation and none of those 3 were in sync.nManagers need to really be in sync for seamless check-in and check-out.nWhile I was waiting for room allocation a couple was waiting for 25 minutes to get their check-out process completed.nnAnd then they get the incomplete order (tea, in my case) and they would take atleast 45 minutes to get you the remaining cup of tea which makes it pointless.nnIf you call at their restaurant they won't pick up. I tried many times and no one bothered to answer.

Entrance should be sparkling with waterfalls and beautiful flowers welcoming you......road to hotel should be decorated with plants and should be safe.....nIt's first time , food was good can be improved..., Interiors have to be more vibrant...and attractive......it has to be theme based....nShould provide effective cooling...and cleanliness....

Great rooms for the price you pay, however service is quite slow and unresponsive at times. After checkin I reported my intercom to be not working however it was only fixed 24 hrs later, after multiple requests. Food was served cold despite requesting them to send it as soon as it was prepared.
