Very good place for a short stay. Neat and clean with modern facilities. Excellent location. Decent breakfast. Gives a homely feeling. You will have to order your lunch and dinner from outside though. Good care taken by the owner.

The place is fine but not like on the pictures. Cpeanliness can be better, expecially kitchen and bathrooms. There is no barrier between shower and rest of the bathroom so while you are taking shower bathroom is all wet. Guys who are taking care of the place are very nice, but the communication is very difficult cause they do not know much of english.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The host and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and both the balcony and the rooms are top class. I will definitely return and I would recommend Sai Villa to anyone be it a group of friends or a family looking to have an extraordinary experience. 10 out of 10 stars!

10/10 would highly recommend if you are in New Delhi! Good complimentary breakfast, most friendly hospitable staff that makes sure you are comfortable and enjoying the stay. Safe area with restaurants nearby and atm 5 min walk down the street. Ashutosh the owner is very kind and knowledgeable and gives good recommendations where to go and where to eat. Very clean. Offers filtered water as well. Good and fair price for rooms that is worth it. I would stay here next time i come to New Delhi!
