Bad and Shabby place. Unfit to be called a hotel/ home stay. Extremely rude staff, unhygienic, no where close to the picture put on the website. No hot water. Linens had not been changed. Misleading info provided. Rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor- no lift. Steep stairs. Self service so you need to carry your own luggage. Would have given minus rating if that was an option.

It was disastrous. The stay is very rude and they misbehaved. We didnt get room.
