Location of this hotel is very Amazing you would love this place but the price is lil bit higher

Amazing experience! Amazing means amazing no explanation!

Nyc place between shaheen bagh and Apollo metro station. People of this hotel are very good. They do their work happily. I spent three days at this hotel. I enjoyed my three days with Dr Vivek Bindra's team and one day with Dr Vivek Bindra. There were good arrangements at breakfast and lunch etc. Everything was fine.

Good place great ambience but service is very bad with some annoying attitude of staff.

We are travel agent based in Delhi, we’ve never had such a terrible experience with any of the hotels before. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.nMy Guests Stayed in the Hotel for 4 Nights, I requested to extend the Guests Stay for 2 more nights but they said rooms are Not available, I requested them to Allow me some time to Book Another Hotel for my Guests, they Said they will charge half day I agreed. We requested Nisha Panyra front desk workers send us the Account Details to pay you the remaining Balance, she said ask guests to pay from card I replied I can’t ask guests to pay, you share your Account Details I will transfer in 2 min, she said come to the Hotel and Pay Cash, Doest it make Sence i should come 100 miles to Hotel and pay cash, she was EXTREMELY RUDE to my guests and to me made my Guests Uncomfortable and Shouted on us. She said it is 26th January and we can’t Check Account Transfer, you have to give Balance either Cash or Card …..No Account Transfer…..she SHOUT at customers and me on phone saying we will not accept any Account Transfer ONLY CASH OR CARD ( My Guests were Foreigners) when they were asking why they have to wait so long she Behaved Rudely. All Hoteliers are Requested Not to hire Such Staff which Spoil the Hotel Reputation.nFinally I requested her personal Account than she agreed to give me her personal Account and instantly I transfer , Such Staff DOESN’T care about their clients in any senses, only thing they care about is to rip your money off. U will not see staff members smiling and u will probably get shouted at by Staff. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and if you want to spend a nice time and actually relax, choose any OTHER hotel by this, as DELHI has so many. I would recommend to try Other Hotels, which is so much better that this disgusting one.nOTHER HOTELIERS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO HIRE SUCH STAFF FOR YOUR HOTELS.nTRAVEL AGENTS PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS HOTELnRegards,nAadil ShaikhnBook Holidayz - New Friends Colony - Delhi
