Spent 1 hour in selecting an ear ring. Staff was polite and did show us the jewellery patiently. But at the billing, came to know that the ear ring which we selected has a tag which is already marked as sold in their system. And they can't do anything. They asked me to select another piece. Such a waste of time.nAmbience is good. Design variety needs to be improved.

I had an unpleasant experience at the showroom and with the Manager. The showroom has minimal seating and one has to wait for a long time to be attended. The staff is not trained to greet and take care while they are waiting. I had gone there for the first time during dhanteras, it was pretty crowded, as usual no place to sit and look at the stuff in peace. I had taken my kids along and when asked the manager to arrange a place to sit, he said he cannot do anything and just turned away. Very very bad attitude that I have ever experienced. I could see many others grumbling about the same and mentioning that it felt the same as coming to a mandi.

Managing queuing for customers is a huge opportunity especially during these trying covid times when distancing is so important....was really sad to see that the staff had zero interest in the same...this was at the Gold Souk at Gurgaon
