Hotel Sugam

Good service... Staff are friendly and less cunning/less street-smart like few whom I experienced in the hotels in metro cities of India.. Very kind. But, the AC room allocated to me room #22 in ground floor is not hygienic. You could see dust on table, phone, TV....Window AC works well but makes noise... After an hour, I got used to it. Price is good for AC double room... It was an emergency trip for me, so getting this service at this price for a single night was helpful... But, the management can improve the hygiene and cleanliness... People like me don't bother to pay a bit extra if it's clean... If it's improved, I don't mind staying there with my family.. Otherwise, I can't take a risk to the health of my family by staying there... Sorry...

Every tutians loved this place right away 10-12 years back, Such beautiful rooftop dinners with family and parties hosted.. Missing all those favourite chefs back then, but need to mention "still good"..

Both Veg and Non-veg available here and the highlight is veg dishes are so delicious compared to other veg and non-veg hotels. Accommodation is also available here. On the whole good.I would suggest people to taste the parota here which is famous.

SUGAM is a good place for stay & dine. Nice Parootos.

Very poor ambiance, too much mosquito, not at all upgraded, very worst house keeping, food taste not upto the mark. Don't prefer this restaurant for any reason.
