I booked a ticket from Indore to Chittorgarh for 21st Nov. The bus came at Kastur talkies pick up point half an hour late. Then 12:45 AM was the time to drop at chittorgarh. They dropped me at 3:30 AM at lonely place bypass chittorgarh highway where there was no auto, cab, public transport and I asked them they asked we drop passengers here only. If you will be with your family somebody will rob you at such a drop point and you can get no help. I called today redbud they said you have selected that drop point and I told do you have any more drop points he said no. Then what is the safety of passenger. Now they aren't refunding anything. Redbud or Amazon Not taking serious legal action against this culprits. Think and read this review before you book Balaji travels.

Worst bus service I have ever observed in Covid pandemic situation while travelling recently in Urgency from khandwa to Pune. No government guidelines even followed. Look at how people have been conjusted standing everywhere in lobby, cabins. No word's to say. Kindly have some mercy on people please.

Worst travels I've ever travelled in my whole life, the staff don't know how to talk respectfully, so rude behaviour of staff.nI travelled from Khandwa to Pune in February 2020, it reached Pune 2 hours late of the reported time. I missed my important meeting in office because of it. No Professional behaviour by staff & owner, i will suggest everyone to never travel from this bus service ever.

I missed my important function at my home because of it. No Professional behaviour by staff & owner, i will suggest everyone to never travel from this bus service ever the journey in bus is like general dibbaa of train.no seafty precautions no social distancing follow by the bus staff.

They are running transport business but do not want to respond on your phone call. Irresponsible and arrogany behaviour.
