OYO 9747 Hotel Utsav

hotel staff behaviour was not polite and comfortable ....... even there was smell in the matress and also the most important there is no lift in the hotel , i was bit difficult for my mother to reach second floor as there is no room in the first flor .......

Hotel is very Good for Solo, Family or Group. They have small and big room, try to get big rooms, so you will feel itit good. Breakfast Ok OknBest when you find a good deal on Oyo Aap using Oyo money. Oimprovement is needed on Breakfast served in the morning.

Good Oyo hotel in budget. Nice location. Tava restaurant also provide delicious food.

It was ok ok hotel not so good it is centrally located near market but early check-in charges almost charge full day tariff. Room condition not for valuable according to the tariff. Costly but not worthnService very poor, no hot water provided even after complaining about it, cupboards handles were broken. Cleanliness was very poor

It was very bad experience.
