The first and foremost reason for giving it a for star is its location! The hotel is situated just outside platform number 6 of city railway station which is really really a great advantage for those who come by train. Also the management team and the staff is really good. You get your privacy, and get served well when required off the staff. All around, it's a very good option to choose hotel polo max if you are in the town for a couple of days.

An OK budget hotel on the railways station! Rooms although not cozy but spacious. Food is good but not the breakfast.

Well maintained hotel. Restaurant also good but on the railway platform of Jabalpur station so you keep on listening train announcements and movement sound. Can’t sleep all night very annoying.

Hotel is walkable from JBP Railway station. Rooms are big and good. Polite Hotel staff. Reception staff is very good. Room and Bed cleanliness is good. Bathroom size, cleanliness and cleaning of bathroom fixtures needs a lot of improvement. Restaurant staff needs training in understanding customers.
