Rooms are good, staffs are cooperative but they will always forget whatever food ordered by customer also they took too much time for room service.

Avoid this hotel stay. Very unprofessional and rude receptionist staff.nnReception is like a govt. office. Kept me waiting for long time before even talking to me.nnThey declined check in for online paid advance booking because they have some issues with OYO. I requested them to deal thier issues with online platforms separately and don't trouble your customers, but receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. He said customer who books online is CHEAP who wants a lower price.nnI had to make a complain to OYO helpline who were very helpful to change my hotel immediately.nnOn the other hand, this hotel advertise on OYO platform, uses OYO in their baner and label it in bright light on top of the building. And when a customer books a hotel via OYO they turn them away in last moment.nnTerrible experience, worst receptionist. Not recommended to anyone.

If you want hall for small functions like 200-250 so must visit one time..don't judge by outter looks..must go inside and you surprise
