Downtown Boulder Station (Ar)

The bus's are typically right on time, but the restroom facility is mildly horrific

Driver and douche both have six letters and start with D, coincidence? Me thinks not.

It's a bus station, so I can give it a pass on being dirty, but the bathrooms are gross - make sure you go beforehand. Staff are mostly okay, though I've been there late and unable to find a security guard to help someone in need. The shop inside is actually quite good, and you can get Santiago's burritos there, so that's certainly a plus.

Boarding the FF1 from Downtown Boulder Station, beware of the 4:59pm (female) driver. On 4/13/2019, my wife and I arrived at the bus at exactly 4:59pm the bus doors were open. I lifted my leg to step onto the bus when the driver glanced at me and then shut the doors right in my face. Despite knocking several times on the door, she ignored me and drove off. As a regular RTD rider, I have never experienced such disregard for a passenger in a manner that could potentially be dangerous to passengers. I have also witnessed this driver being extremely rude to other passengers. I have officially filed a complaint with RTD and implore them to review both bus and station video of this incident to witness her conduct.

Schedules are easy to read. Website is very user friendly. Parking is easy to access. Trains are comfortable. Attendants are very helpful. I have not made up my mind about the fare prices yet. They are probably about right, but it seems that there is a big jump between they two highest categories. $140 a month seems like a lot, but I guess if I did not have a car it would be very reasonable.
