North Carolina Zoo

It feels like walking in a state park that happens to have all different kinds of animals to see. The signs were kid friendly and informative! The playgrounds/ kids play areas looked like a lot of fun!! There were quite a few restrooms along the walking path. And there were food places in case anyone was hungry. The employees were friendly. I greatly enjoyed my visit!! :)

Best zoo on the planet. The animals have incredible habitats. There is enough here to entertain you for a whole day, easily, and it's a great place for kids. I practically grew up in this zoo. It's still one of my favorite places.

Make sure you bring comfy shoes to walk. Also some drinks and snaps. DEFINITELY FOR KIDS THEY'LL love it!!!. Everything was very clean and organized. Even bathrooms were clean. Make sure you come before 12am . So you'll have enough time to walk the whole zoo. Its really really big. And fun. You won't regret

Great zoo. I love that you walk all the way through it and can ride a tram back to the entrance. The exhibits are big and beautiful. It was a cool day(beginning of November) so the animals were out and about and curious about the people. It was great!

Great zoo! It is the largest in the country... But don't let that deceive you as it definitely does not have the most amount of animals/species. North Carolina is a state full of forest. This zoo has a massive amount of land. Wear comfy shoes!
