They Take the Non-Toll Road which is a longer route, to go through Toll road they charge 95₹ from you.nIt's better to take Ola or Uber. They show low rates, but in actuality you pay a lot more! Don't fall for their marketing trap.

They sent a good driver. He was polite and knew the route. Drove very carefully and was very nice all through the trip. Only flaw with them was, they took really long time to confirm the booking and send the details of driver. I had to follow up with them for some 3-4 times at 11 pm in the night to get the details. It would be better if they can confirm the details by afternoon.

I did not like their service personally. While booking the amount was different and actual fare was almost doubled. The driver need to be professional. Such a rude driver. He has even taken extra money from me. The very bad thing was that after booking I didn't get any invoice over an email or message for having a proof of agreed fare. The customer care services not ready to listen when I complained them for extra fare.

I have used deepam cabs services 3 times over last month, all for outstation: two-way trip, one-way drop, one-way pickup (from a village in AP to Bangalore). I am satisfied with their services for all the '3' times:n(1). on time, dotted line, for pickup all the '3' times: 2AM, 5AM, 5AM.n(2). I booked from their website. After the booking, their agent called, to re-explain all the charges and confirm the booking details. After that I received an SMS with the estimated bill amount, estimated based on KMs shown in Google Map (this amount is same as the shown in website and explained in the call; actual bill is based on actual usage). In my experience, they were very transparent with charges: no other charges, other than the ones mentioned in the website or call; or increasing the charges after cab arrives: in one of the '3' trips, I booked hatchback once, sedan arrived instead but I was still charged for hatchback. For two-way trip, my trip was completed in less than 24hours (17hours to be precise) and there was no hourly charges business. I was not charged for any state permit or GST: it was neither part of estimate nor I was asked for it after the trip started.n(3). I received driver & car details by SMS, 7-10hours before the trip start. For the 1st two trips, driver called me within seconds of receiving the SMS to re-confirm exact pickup time & locations. For the 3rd time, I didn't receive any call from driver for about 45min after the SMS (I got the SMS at 6:45PM, but I checked the SMS only at 7:30PM). When I called the driver, he said, he has cancelled as the pickup is at 5AM from a village in AP, which he had to reach by travelling from Bangalore. It would have been better if I was informed of this, without me calling. Its a little disappointment but after I reached out to the customer care, they sent another driver & car details by SMS, within an hour or so . And this time, the driver called me within seconds of SMS and arrived for pickup on time.nnFor me most important things were (in order):n> on-time for pickupn> smooth travel/journey experience: car in good drive condition; no rash driving; no hidden charges or harassment by driver for extra money after the cab arrives or clocking extra KMs than shown in Google map through some means to overcharge etc NOTE: I had experienced all these things with some other cab service; Clocked KMs were within 1-2KMs of what is shown in Google Map.n> emphatic customer care andn> reasonable price.nI am 100% satisfied in all these aspects. I hope, I will receive the same service from them in future.nNOTE:n1). I didn't make any payment upfront. I paid only at the end of the trip.n2). I used the services for my personal use, hence didn't ask for any receipt. I was told if I need I receipt, I need to inform their customer care and they will send the receipt to my mail id. But I didn't try this.
