Nice rooms compare to other hotel in Kadapa. But hostility was different in morning and night. But we'll hostility was given in morning time. So I was feeling best service in Hotel Grandinn I will refer for my employees stay in Hotel Grandinn....

To begin with, the bedsheets were not clean. It had visible strands of human hair / body hair, and the staff failed to change it even after 2 requests made in the span of 45 minutes.nnThe bathroom was not cleaned well. The toilet seat was dismantled, it had no cover and we had to make them re-clean it before using.nnI did not see value for money considering the amount they charge.

Hair sticking on the Bedsheet. When asked they said someone in their staff is not doing good job. Very poor hygiene
