Nice place to stay if you are single and economic young couple. But they are not serving canteen now. However you can use swiggy or other facilities

Awesome rooms and service. Staffs are friendly. No disturbance nothing else. Just stay and order food online. No restriction on outside food and beverages. Room are clean and hygiene but towels are not so. No lift but best as compared to other properties. For breakfast choice online service. Quality of breakfast no good but you can go for ZOMATO for good quality one

Sai Nivas Hotel is a newly built hotel between Guwahati and Dispur ,the capital city of Assam state .this hotel has very well behaved working staff who serves breakfast with no cost the manager, the young man was always ready to help their customer all The Way he will be capable of. take a government city bus of Assam state in Guwahati from your hotel to the Nepali temple where the bus stand of Guwahati is there. corporation office and Guwahati Railway Station and bus stand are nearby and you can visit Meghalaya, guwahati Railway station and lokpriya Gopinath bordoloi International Airport takes 3 hour at Max 3 hour from this hotel it is in front of government building Rajgarh road, you can take ola or Uber or any of the right taxi to reach there it will be very nice experience . the cost is under budget hotel and but serving and service level is very high. so have fun there and make your memory of Gauhati to a memorable moment and add your all overall experience in your travel life , good luck.

Staffs were unfriendly..poor service and didn't give proper quantity of food..after asking many times they were giving proper quantity.. moreover there was No Water for 12hrs due to break down of pump..no alternate arrangement for that also..very poor experience..there was no proper resurent..no fan or AC in the resurent portion...the resturent staffs made the place of resturent for chopping vegetables ND making pastes of spices...is that OYO Flagship level hotel?????
