It was a beautiful room (#3). The B&B is in the center of Guwahati, so you can walk to the river or for some food or shopping. Nice breakfast, a nice rooftop, we didnt use it because it was to hot. We have been there out of season so we got the free choice of rooms and it was very quiet.

The guest house looks nice and definitely has a lot of character. The hot water in the shower were nothing more than a trickle. But the most horrible aspect of this place is the noise! Everything that goes on in the street can be heard loudly inside the room! Terrible honking noises and shouting. The cherry on top of everything is that at 5 AM the guy in the nearby Mousq starts singing through the PA. It feels like he's standing in your room. Definitely don't come here if you're looking for a decent shower and a good night's sleep.

Heritage building with charm of byegone era. Rooms and interiors have the ambience of old times. Close to the riverside. Easy to locate.
