Many people allowed to walk right past workers at door without masks. I saw a man talking to the pizza person by the deli, went behind the counter to talk with no mask for several minutes. They must be friends... what's the point of a mask mandate and signs on the door if you don't enforce it for fear of customer service complaints? The customer is wrong. Tell them to wear a mask or get out. Quality of food is good, a bit overpriced at times. Some of the workers have the masks not covering their nose. I shouldn't feel unsafe and uncomfortable while grocery shopping. Disappointed.

Stock (not COVID related) as well as available cashiers was underwhelming. I understand the current situation is extreme. They did have sanitation areas scattered around the facility which was appreciated.

Friendly, helpful staff every time I go there. Has a Starbucks, sub shop, Asian station, salad station, Pizza Bar, and evening warm Cinnabon’s in the morning. Make sure to use your coupons because prices change often.

The front end is unacceptably slow. I don't know about you, but to me, 20 minutes being next in line is too long. The teenage cashiers need to develop a work ethic. If this is what this Harris Teeter thinks of its customers, then I'll gladly shop elsewhere.

My "pick up on the way home" grocery store. The workers are always friendly and will help you find what you need if you are having a hard time. Had no problems at all so far and really happy with everything.
