Rooms are substandard. In Restaurant, they take more than an hour for serving snacks and for delivering main course, another one hour you can expect. Very poor service. Don't waste your time and money.

The food is good. The rooms aren't so good. It could help to repaint. The location is great though. It's right in the middle of the marketplace. You have easy access to mumuso, KFC, dominos, visual megamart, fbb etc. You also have amazing local shops and street foods

The good: quiet and peaceful despite being in the heart of the town. Lots of facilities and amenities.nThe bad: Room service is painfully slow, AC not effective.nThe ugly: a saw a couple of roaches.

very Bad experience with the hotel management, no pickup and drop, no proper fooding not even offers laundry services as m a corporate guest.
