There was NO hot water coming in the bathroom. I requested bucket of hot water for my old parents, 3 TIMES. They finally brought after 2 HRS. Is this really 4-star hotel?

Because this place is existing on main road of bodhgaya itwa rod , and I have sufficient parking space also

Very clean and great servicesnI visited last month and it was great experience of hospitality experienced.nVery near to town and temples.nDelicious food by chef and Nice service by restaurant team.nProfessional staff and prompt front desk people .nThe owner of the hotel (Mr. Suresh Prasad) is very nice and kind heated person. He tries to make everyone happy.He also know Japanese language too.
