This was by far the best place I stayed at in India. The surroundings are very sereen and the atmosphere is perfect. If you stay here you also support a school for orphins. I recommend Senamura Yoga Ashram to everyone visiting Bodhgaya and wanting a place away from the chaos.

Especially in Bihar, this is a very solo women friendly place.
This hotel is the only place to stay in Bodh Gaya. Truly. It’s secluded enough from the city, next to rice and cauliflower farmland. It’s staff is very friendly and hospitable, you feel like family. And best of all, half of your payment goes to funding a NGO school that is next door, Prema Metta. This guesthouse is an oasis of all heart.
Excellent place to do yoga and meditation. Lovely family run ashram in a beautiful location.
