it has been more than 1 year they have still not refunded my amount of 5000 rs. its time to take legal actions for this fraud company i would like other customers to do the same.

This company is fraudulent. They ask you for a security deposit along with the fare as car rental, but they don't return you your security. They keep replying to mails stating that there is some technical issue and after sometime they stop replying.

I wish there was a rating lower than single star. I've been following up for my refund continuously for the past 5 months and I've been getting only fake promises and zero customer support. I would've let it go if it was a small amount but the amount is hefty and it's getting me worried. I would really like to request Mr. Vikas Parasrampuria(Founder and CEO) to stop running your operations if you cannot promise good customer support in a B2C market.

Totally fake people .they don't refund security g,don't book cars from here .worst service which i haven't seen ever. If you haven't belief call me i iill give all details . Today 1 month completed i didn't get my amount .
