I can give 4 star for the product packaging and delivery and only 3 for the product. The quality of the sweets/products I ordered are real good as expected. ( I know it because I have tasted these sweets from the exact places where they originate from)
However, the quantity seems to be very less for this money.
The package weight is included in the product weight I guess
The trader should come up with more ideas to attract consumers as
these products with similar quality and larger quantity are available locally at the same cost.
The savoury items are satisfactory and some quite good, but can't say the same for sweets which are just average. Packing is very good but suggest upgrade to ziplock sealable pouches to enable easy storage after partial consumption. I feel the prices could be made more attractive .....in fact I only order when there is a discount offer by seller
as I find the listed price not attractive enough for regular ordering. Delivery is very prompt to Bangalore.
We ordered at native special after seeing their site indicating that order would be dispatched in 4 to 5 days. We live in Germany and ordered sweets and other stuff on Nov 4 so that the delicacies can be enjoyed during diwali. Diwali got over and we are yet to receive the order. And we are unable to track the shipping as it is stand still in the same place for almost two weeks.
Got the ordered snacks delivered to Austria, within a week of order. Got all the snacks in good shape without damage.
All the best to nativespecial team for good success with the business to get expanded globally.
Worst customer service, no proper response.
Wrong commitment.
After 4 days of order it hasn’t dispatched... no updates... after contacting customer care they simply said we will refund d amount...
If they cant do delivery on time then why tgey r committing. I think no value for local buyers...
