Axis Bank

Too much rush inside the bank premises.nAlso, out of 5 ATM machines only 1 or 2 are working properly.nNumber of employees working in the bank are less in numbers as compared to people visiting the branch. They have to wait for long durations to get their issues resolved.

Could be the worst branch of axis bank ever. It has been over 10 days that my cheque has cleared for account opening and still the account has not been opened. Executives are of no help. They keep on saying that account opening procedure will be completed in 1 day. I have emailed to senior management, hoping for a resolution soon.

Worst experience ever trying to close my savings account from more then 2 months but the bank is unable to close it as the still have blocked certain amount in my account for the loan I paid long back and every time I call the staff he talks me he will check and call me back but still waiting for the call from 1 month and after calling several times I get the same answer I wish there is a option to give 0 star because that's what they deserve
