Very Peaceful and secluded property. Resort has decent amenities and engagement for kids. Ideal for unwinding and healing. Approach to property is little difficult with a big size car. Though this distance is 2.5 km.

1. 1 Star because cannot give 0 Starn2. Worst Hotel Evern3. No WIFI , No Mobile networks (0 Signals), No TV Signals, Front Desk is also too far from your room so in case of any emergency you will not be able to contact anyone.n4. No Toiletry Kit Provided, Worst Hospitality we have experienced ever, the hotel staff was very rude.n5. Hotel is too far and in isolation from city , No commute to city available.n6. Delayed in Room service, you need to order 2 hours before if you need to eat something, and then also you will receive cold food.n7. No one will pick up the call on Front desk , we kept on calling them but after 9-10 attempts they pick up the calln8. They took almost 1.5 hours for check-in and same time at the time of check-outn9. We asked them to clean the room ,but they left the garbage in front of our door only (picture attached)n10. Breakfast Buffet was so pathetic , first we waited for half an hour just to get plates only and then we faced lot of issues like delay in food , tea juices as nothing was available on time also the staff was very minimal to attend the people for giving services.n11. Will never recommend this hotel in future to anyone.

What a pleasant experience from Sterling, I stayed in the premier room with this breathtaking views. The housekeeping staff was very humble, employees at reception are little more occupied so expect a delay, food buffet was average and taste was blant. Excellent service And awesome place to stay

The location, though difficult to reach, is very amazing. The balcony at the reception offers a great sunset view. The food and rooms are also at par for a 3 star. Though the service is very lax, and you need to call multiple times to get anything done from them. Also, there is no Airtel network coverage for most of the hotel., And the hotel WiFi is really bad. So good for those who don't wish to be disturbed during their stay. But if you have any emergency meeting or work, best of luck!
