I went because of the high rating they have on google search. I have a feeling that these ratings have been given by their friends and family. I have a Shihtzu, a toy breed, who's highly energetic and hyper.nI have taken her to other groomers and they have managed to calm her with care and love. She has never needed to resort to biting ever.nThe guy who was claiming to be the top groomer of the country clipped her nails to the vein and she bled for a day intermittently.nShe has red marks from the shaver used on her on her sensitive areas too. And has refused to eat or play thanks to the stress he gave her (and had the audacity to tell me it's because of us) he tied her mouth with a string and only when we caught him did he use a proper muzzle. This was the first time that my little one ever wore one and he wasn't taking any care to calm her. He was in a hurry and kept saying by now she would've been on her way home.

Brilliant place and Krishna is awesome, loved the service and his sense of humour...

Very caring staff ...doctors are good and attend the pet as their own..
