Rooms were not clean, smelly and tv with no dish

Quick review to save future friends because I did not stay there for more than 2 hours and still paid full charges. (1st Jun 19)nn1. 95% of the room in the hotel has the same garbage view.n2. Hotel runs on low Budget and compromise with quality like bad sheet and etc.n3. 95% of the room in the hotel are in basement type structure and really small, hence a strict no and not clean at all.n4. After upgrading the room from classic to Deluxe this was the room given to me, just imagine classic room.n5. After this, you hope staff might help but they are not trained to respect the guest or customer, rude rude rude and rude!n6. They asked for payment first before you see the room. The fact that I did not even use the room for 6 hours and asked for any refund possible they said, any Guess! None. nothing(shows the service level)nnDon't waste time or money and look for other option(specially for couples)

Nice place to stay... Specially if you have that balcony room. View is amazing.

Worst hotel ever seen,worst hospitality,worst behaviour of staffs,everything worst....if there could be any word more than worst,i could have used that.....dont ever try to go there,everything is worst,they were not ready to return the amount,worst experience
