Indeed, heaven on earth. Your visit to Kashmir is incomplete if you dont visit Thajiwas glacier at Sonmarg. You will deeply feel the sound of nature far far away from city crowd and pollution. You will find beautiful landscapes for your pictures. So, it is heaven for photography lovers. Sparkling sound of streams flowing from mountains will make you enlightened. You will have a lots of enjoyment in snow.

Thajwas is a must visit in Sonmarg. You don't need to take horses to go there, every horse guy will force you and tell you that it's 7Km hike but it's actually a really small and easy hike even for beginners.

A one hour trek from Sonamarg or you can hire a pony to get the magnificent view of the Glacier.But Please don,t pollute the environment there.
