We were on the family trip of 7 adult and 2 child and booked 3 rooms at Klifton Crown,Lachen. Fully satisfied with the service and food. Will recommend to choose Gold Crown Rooms or Platinum Crown Rooms (room categories) to stay as these are quite spacious rooms. As per my knowledge that I gathered during my booking, You won't get any heater facility in any hotel in lachen as it is restricted by the govt.. Other than this (which is ofcourse not the hotels fault) every thing was well too good here. Thanks to Klifton Team to make our stay comfortable and worth paying.

Great place to stay in Lachen. We had some issues but the manager Kaushik was really helpful and sorted all of them out! Will stay again

Very Good Stay. Amazing early morning view of snow covered mountain peaks. Spacious Room and Bathroom, hot water available. Hot and tasty vegitable food is served.
