Kallada Travels

No transparency towards the travel plan. Making us to wait for more than 2.5 hours by saying 15mins, 10mins, 5mins.nnThe attitude of manager is toooooo bad and he can't able to handle the general customer queries itself.

Pereonal Tv was there, but not working. Puntuality need to be improved. Otherwise was good in seat comfort.

The service provided for online booking people is worst here they treat us as if we booked other travels buses.i kindly request the kallada head persons to replace the guy who is sitting here in the allepey office just looks very descent but he doesn't know how to treat the cutsomers with proper mannerism .kallada is a great travelling bus I was disappointed with this person's behavior here ....First impression for the customer is to get the good service basically if that's only not there the travels is going to loose the reputation....nnRemove this idiot guy who sits like as if he owns the buses.

Staffs are least bothered whether passengers boarded or not. Even though we waited for one and half an hour. Bus didn't waited at least 3 minutes. You guys should learn basic things. Shame you

Booking office and waiting facility for Kallada travels passengers.nThe ticket mentions the buses start from here, but actually starts from private bus stand. After waiting here, you will have to walk till there, carrying your luggage, with no help from them.nCan't trust these guys to take you to the destination on time. They have other priorities, than transporting people. Their services are always delayed.nThe buses are mediocre, and they charge pretty high rates.
