One of the best continental meals I had on my Rajasthan trip. Bruschetta platter had fresh tasting fish. Highly recommend the eggplant rigatoni and beetroot hummus. A cinnamon ice cream would be a great way to end this meal.

Couldn't be any more snobbish, residents are the only people allowed to eat at these restaurants, so don't waste time reading up about it unless you are staying there. Funny how Taj was started as an alternate to the high society pretentious British Raj and ended up becoming just that. Taj is famous for making their staff work 16 hour days and not paying one bit of overtime, if you can resist don't patronize it, there are so many beautiful/reasonable places to stay in India and Udaipur.

Treat every tourist with respect. Arrest them if they were doing anything wrong. Shouting and giving them threats is not justified.

Excellent food, large multi-cuisine variety, and fantastic service.
