One of the best and decent court complex. Situated besides the Moti Talao and opposite to the Sawantwadi palace. A typical court room as you see in movies with an elevated seating area facing east for the honorable judge. A decent semicircular witness box, almost 20 chairs for seating lawyers, three long benches for public seating, a long bench on both the north and south side for apealent and respondent seating and a chair for seating a police officer at the entrance of the court room. Complete silence is observed once you enter the court room for proceedings to be carried out peacefully. This is not a place of casual visit, but if you are deprived of justice then you don't have a choice.
