I have called Ms. Anita on cell phone to book cab for local booking, she confirmed on call and ask me to drop mail but after that she didn't turned up not even she bother to pickup my call and answer I have called her almost 10 times, don't be so restless.nnIt's was corporate booking, we have already return in our mail, if you wanted to cancel the booking you should have put on mail or answer my call, I have all records in my mobile how many times I called you and text messages as well, we have clearly mentioned once booking gets over we will make payment, you can still have look in my mail , I think you have never done any corporate bookings. We are into service industry our business runs on relationship not on giving false commitment on phone or not attending calls, you should have told me to put some advance amount to bank account or cancelling my booking by replying to my mail or text messages which I have send you. But you ignore my calls and mail.
