Don't even think of booking with them, one of the worst car rental service in India, there system is flawed as they are not able to verify your documents. Still they deduct 15% of your booking amount for none of your fault. There customer care is worst.

This company is hurting, disappointed & play with the feeling of people.nn7 days before my travelling I booked an vehicle for 37 hrs without fuel and made a payment, that time they confirm my booking. Based on confirmation I booked for boarding & lodging in travelling destination. 3 hrs before my travelling day they canceled my booking. The reason given by the company is vehicle documents has to be renewed from the local RTO but the location manager given the reason for canceling my ride was there is major break down in vehicle.nnAnd this is not the first time also they repeat the same thing for second time with the breakdown & accident reason of vehicle.nnSo consider this zoom cars are far better then this.nnPlease don't plan , believe , trust & book any vehicles from this company.

car was new and kept well. I think it's a great product. no issues with the product. the website is good but need very minor improvements. the extension option was not very easy, the time meter is very sensitive and should have multiple options. also, the staff at the station was pessimistic when we took the car. they should explain the terms and conditions in a positive way and not scare their polite customers with consequences. I totally understand the need to warn but I I think it could be explained better. there was no welcoming approach and interaction skills. on the other hand the guy who received us at the end of the trip was better. sorry cannot recollect his name. I will consider your service again in the future. lastly, the pricing could be better. All in all it was a great experience and I thank Drivezy fo what they do. Self drive options are very less in India. Thanks, regards to all.

We have been penalised for driving over the limit of 120kms,however at that time we were getting ready to leave and none of us were driving.It was told over the phone that due to system error we were wrongly penalised and our remainder money shall be refunded but we haven't recieved our remainder money back.Such a horrible experience from drivzey was never expected.I would recommend all not to go for it although the price is but cheap but they have a good strateg to loot the money of customers other way round.please be aware of such scam.

There was a bumper which had a loose nut, and the guy who received the car -Sandeep Bagul, I think his name was- threatened to beat me if I did not pay him 2500 for the damages. I told him that I drove the car safely and there was no impact anywhere, or any evidence to prove rash driving, but he threatened me with physical violence. I have half a mind to take this to consumer forum.
