The driver Mr. Kamlesh Yadav made sure that we reached safely. He took all the necessary precautions. Wore a mask, gloves and carried spray to sanitize the car. We were sceptical at first but when he arrived to pick us up, it was relieving to see how hygienic he was. Thank you Helios for reuniting me with my father. I will always be grateful.

Good service. Best drivers...no fake bills by the drivers! . Best part is no hassles about payments... Very fair in their negotiations. Hassle-free dealings with them as there was nothing unfair or any ambiguity about the extra charges.

I never like to write a review but this is specially coz of one great experience uall deserve it. Mashallaah! Great service and smooth communication, my wife along with my kids and parents made a visit to Mumbai and Ambey Valley for the first time on their visit to India. There was a sudden problem with their Car coz of minor accident on the road Shukar they were blessed and their driver was a great gentleman so did the company staff the way they managed and handled the situation is what my whole family really appreciate. Nikhil and Sara both made sure my kids and parents were all ok and also kept me updated continuously on watsapp jst made us felt like family. This is the kind of service i expected. Thx Sara and nikhil. Stay blessed. Inshallaah will book again in future.

We booked Innova and Sedan through them for family vacation. They are just another aggregator (do not have own cars fleet) who takes booking and then have a tie up with dozens of taxi / car providers. While getting a booking from you they talk professionally but then internally its pretty much jugaad based car allotment. I would recommend to check on other well known websites for better rates and hopefully better service

I discovered Helios through Google search & tried its services couple of months back, after reading some very good reviews about it online. Since then, I've never felt the need of trying out any other car rental agency as their service is impeccable. The cars are very well maintained & the drivers are well groomed. Special mention of Mr.Nikhil, who's always provided me great cars based on my requirements & sometimes also at a very short notice! I'm really satisfied with their service & would recommend others to try it as well.
