Smelly rooms, reception. Rooms do not even have intercom to call on food. It would be more appropriate to call this joint a lodge with the kind of up keep. Except for the soap and biotech wash nothing could have given OYO look. Ordering tea at 7pm after returning to the room was unheard of by the attendant. Only washrooms were clean and AC worked. Even cable tv was not having regular reception.

The hotel and the rooms were very very clean including the bathrooms. They brought food from nearby restaurants and the food ordered was excellent. Also the behaviour of the staffs was very nice.

Such a nice hotel with a reasonable price i must say.. Everything was perfectly working over there.. Staffs are very cooperative nd provides 24hr service.. U also can order food from there.. Thanks to oyo.. I'hv enjoyed my stay.

One of the worst experiences in oyo. The hotel is present in a place which is hard to find. There are no banners or anything to let you know that it is a hotel. I could recognise only by the color of the building from google images. When asked why there is no name outside, they said due to cyclone fani the boards are missing but even the name Kalinga Regency is no where to found. The rooms are also very bad,just because its got oyo tag doesnt mean its good. Better to avoid this hotel as the road is dugup and sewage water flows. Totally not recommended.
